On Saturday, August 28th, from 7:30 am-11 am, during the Tag Sale located at the Lone Oak Softball Field, we will be having a Pancake Breakfast to support the Jane Lloyd Fund. An adult meal is $8 and includes 3 pancakes and 2 sausage links. A child’s meal is $5 and includes 2 pancakes and 2 sausage links. Orange Juice, coffee, and tea will be available.

New this Year! Remembering and honoring all those that have fought, survived, or have been taken from us! Each lawn sign purchased will be personalized with the individual’s name. Own a business? This is also a great opportunity to promote your business name during our event! Professionally printed Memorial Lawn Signs are $25 each. Blank signs for you to decorate are $20 each.

• Memorial Lawn Signs purchased by August 2nd can be professionally printed and viewable at our Pancake Breakfast.

• Memorial Lawn Signs purchased by September 19th can be professionally printed.

• Memorial Lawn Signs purchased between September 20th and October 2nd are not available for printing, personal decoration only.

  • You will receive a Memorial Lawn Sign and a luminary to personally decorate. Memorial lawn signs and luminaries can be displayed at your campsite or at home. If returned back to us, memorial lawn signs will be displayed on the driveway up to the office and your personalized luminary will be displayed during our luminary night event.

We will be hosting a virtual 5K event to support The Jane Lloyd Fund on October 2, 2021. You can participate by:

• Registration is $30 per person. Bring payment to the office

• Registration fee includes a commemorative T-shirt

• Register by August 2 to pick up your T-shirt and swag bag at the pancake breakfast on August 28

• Starting August 28 until October 2, you can participate in the 5K on your own time either in the campground or on your own

• As long as you sign up, you have participated! No need to submit times to us.

• October 2 at 4 PM we will announce the total raised for The Jane Lloyd Fund

• Download a suggested 5K route map or pick one up at the office

Commemorative T-shirt

Everyone who registers for the 5K event will receive a commemorative t-shirt. Registration starts at $30 and is available until October 2, 2021.

On Saturday, October 2nd, We will have Recreation activity of decorating luminaries. We will be collecting them and displaying them on the hill above the outdoor stage for a nighttime tribute to all the heroes in our lives and those whose lives have been touched by cancer. We will be handing out white paper bags to be decorated by you. We have the battery-operated tea lights to place inside. It should be a beautiful lighted display.

Another great activity to participate in during Everyone Is Someone’s Hero Weekend is our Hero's Parade and a Pink Parade combined. Dress up your golf cart, bicycle, or yourself all in pink.
