BACK TO SCHOOL

Back to School celebrations continue here at Lone Oak! Who loves a great mystery? We do! Now it’s your turn to find those HIDDEN NOTEBOOKS around the campground. Children, adults… people of all ages are welcome to look for these notebooks on Saturday and Sunday. If you find a hidden notebook, bring it to the office to get a special prize. (One per person)
On Saturday night, Kids will be taking over the pool area for their Back to School Pool Party, while adults will enjoy their time at the Starlight lounge with live entertainment outside.
TAG SALE
Calling all bargain hunters! Join us for a CAMPGROUND WIDE TAG SALE
Lone Oak will have a tag sale around the campground at individual campsites from Saturday, 9 am-1 pm. Please let us know if you will have a tag sale on your site by Friday night, and we will post your site number on the recreation board. We will also have a limited amount of spots available on rec field # 3 if your campsite is not easy to find, please sign up in the office. Great way to find those hidden treasures.
Turn our campground pink for Breast Cancer awareness!
Remember and honor all those who have fought, survived, or been taken from us!
On Saturday, from 7:30 am-11 am, on rec field # 2, we will have a Pancake Breakfast to support Seymour Pink – A Community's Fight Against Breast Cancer. An adult meal is $10 and includes 3 pancakes and 2 sausage links. A child’s meal is $8 and includes 2 pancakes and 2 sausage links. Orange Juice, coffee, and tea will be available.
Our camper-run fundraising activities continue throughout the day, including Raffles, 50/50, and a "Pink it Up" walk/drive around the campground! More details to follow. If you are interested in donating a raffle item, please see John on site 44 for more details.
On August 26,
Kids/Teen Pool Party (7:30 pm- 9:00 pm Weather Permitted) Hot Tub temp will be dropped during the party.
Starlight Stage (7 pm-11 pm) - Clearview (CR)
